Software license agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer of All Ads Blocker ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of All Ads Blocker mobile application ("Software").

By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to the Licensor and title to all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain with the Licensor. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

5. Updates and Support

The Licensor may, from time to time, develop patches, bug fixes, updates, or other modifications to improve the performance of the Software. These may be automatically installed without providing any additional notice or receiving additional consent. You consent to such automatic updates.

Support services, if any, are provided at the sole discretion of the Licensor and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

6. Third-Party Services

The Software is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Apple is not responsible for the Software or its content. In the event of any conflict between this EULA and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall govern solely with respect to App Store-related matters.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Software or violation of this EULA.

10. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations in your use of the Software.

12. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
