All Ads Blocker End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and All Ads Blocker, outlining the terms and conditions under which you may use the All Ads Blocker software.

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing or using the All Ads Blocker software, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not proceed with the installation or use of the software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the All Ads Blocker application on a personal device for non-commercial, personal purposes. This license is granted on the condition that you adhere to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the software.
  • Sell, lease, or assign the software to third parties.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Distribute malicious content, including viruses or other harmful software.
  • Engage in illegal activities, including fraud or identity theft.
  • Use the software to send unsolicited communications or spam.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The All Ads Blocker software, including any updates, modifications, or enhancements, remains the sole property of Singular App Development LLC or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the software.

5. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You can terminate it at any time by uninstalling the software. Singular App Development LLC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke your license to use the software if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

6. No Warranty

The software is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be free from errors or interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Singular App Development LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Georgia, excluding its conflict of law rules.

9. Modifications to the Agreement

We reserve the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will become effective when posted on our website. By continuing to use the software after such changes, you accept the updated terms.
